Refund policy

We want you to love your Layla Aura products. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our return terms below.

• Return period: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
• Hygiene & safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
• Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
• Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
• How to start a return: To begin a return, email us at laylaaura.beauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with next steps.
